The start of the school year is a great time to review safe crossing habits with your children!

A four-step guide on how to safely cross the street, featuring illustrations of children and vehicles.

 

 

 

Walk away from the bus and 15 feet in front of the bus.

 

 

Be sure you can see the driver.  The driver will signal you when to cross.

 

 

 

As you cross – look both ways for traffic.
