Spanish Teacher Job Description

Join our team as a School Bus Driver and become a vital part of ensuring safe, reliable transportation for students.  A class B license with Passenger and School Bus endorsements are required. 

Responsibilities

• Safely operate school buses, following designated routes and schedules with precision and care
• Ensure the safety of all passengers by enforcing behavior management policies and maintaining order on the bus
• Conduct pre-trip inspections to verify vehicle safety, mechanical condition, and cleanliness before each route
• Communicate effectively with students, parents, school staff, and dispatchers

Skills

• Class B License with a Passenger and School Bus Endorsement
• Strong communication skills
• Knowledge of driving safety regulations, traffic laws, and vehicle mechanical basics
• Experience working with children in transportation settings

Play a vital role in maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment as a Cleaner at ECS!  This position is for second shift with hours from 3 pm – 11 pm.  Duties for this position incude:

• Perform thorough cleaning of designated areas including floors, windows, restrooms, offices, and common spaces using appropriate cleaning tools and supplies
• Ensure all surfaces are sanitized according to health and safety standards to promote a hygienic environment
• Restock supplies such as paper towels, soap dispensers, and toilet paper to maintain continuous availability
• Dispose of waste properly and ensure recycling procedures are followed diligently
• Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards immediately to management for prompt resolution
• Follow established cleaning schedules and procedures to ensure consistency and efficiency
• Maintain cleaning equipment in good working condition through regular checks and basic upkeep

Qualifications

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift for extended periods during shifts
• Strong attention to detail with a focus on thoroughness and quality of work
• Excellent time management skills to complete tasks efficiently within scheduled hours
• Good communication skills for reporting issues or completing documentation as needed
• Prior experience in cleaning or custodial work is preferred but not required; training will be provided for motivated candidates
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations related to cleaning practices is a plus
